For the third time, Malicounda will visit on January 12, 2023,  the Secondary School in Port Alberni for the French Immersion School! Rhythm reinforces Team Work!  

Drum circle workshops will be presented for the second time at École des Voyageurs on January 13, 2023!        

Drum circle will be presented all day to children with learning disabilities.

An Artist in Residence Program will be presented for the second time at Mayland Heights School in Calgary. A performance will be presented at the end of the week to all the parents!

Five days of drum circle workshops with Samba dance to celebrate Carnival will be presented at St John XXIII. FUN, FUN, AND FUN!!  

For the third time, Malicounda will visit École Gabrielle Roy in Edmonton for Black Month History! Drum, songs, and dance will be presented!

Staff development will be presented with the Orff Chapter in Winnipeg Manitoba. 40 music teachers will be attending the all-day session on how to make music with children using rhythm games, songs in four languages, dance, and improvisation using a special technic that has been taught all around the world.

Full-day workshops will be presented on February 10, 2023. A half-day session for the French Immersion and a half-day for the English Teacher. For the third time, Malicounda will be visiting École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys in Calgary.      

Malicounda will be offering a day-and-a-half workshop on Drum Circle presented in French and English.  Dance, songs in four languages, and improvisation will be on the menu! Traditional drums and musical instruments from several countries around the world will be available.
